Blue Bottle Coffee accepts all major Debit & Credit Card.

Subscription shipments are billed the day before your coffee is scheduled to roast and ship. You can always check your upcoming bill and ship dates by logging in to your account and checking out the subscriptions section of your account dashboard.

Unredeemed gift subscriptions never expire; you can redeem them at any time! If you're having any trouble redeeming one, just reach out to their team at support@bluebottlecoffee.com. Redeemed gift subscriptions end after the last shipment has been sent on its way. Of course, you can always sign up for another gift subscription to keep things moving, or a recurring subscription that continues as long as the subscription is kept active.

"Looking for a nicely formatted invoice or receipt?"No problem. You can access invoices and receipts for any of your orders at any time at your account dashboard. (For mobile orders, please reach out to their team at support@bluebottlecoffee.com with the date of your transaction and the last four digits of the card used and they can assist.)

• Head over to the Order History section of your account dashboard and click on the 'Details' link to the right of the order.

• On the order page, click the ‘Print Invoice’ link.

• A printable invoice will be presented. Print it, make it a PDF, it’s up to you.

Coffee is shipped via either USPS First Class, USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express. First Class and USPS Priority have a stated estimated shipping time of 1-5 days, while USPS Priority Express offers a 1-2 day expedited service.

You are able to choose the category of coffee (Origins, Blends, or Espresso) you’d like to receive for your subscription when signing up for the trial but the other aspects — the amount and cadence — are automatically set to:

If you were dissatisfied with your coffee, their expert Customer Support team will help you track down your soon-to-be favourites.
