First of all, please make sure that you have properly logged in to your customer account before entering your promotional code. This is because some offers are only available in certain countries or for Kusmi Tea members only. If you enter your code before logging in, the system will not be able to determine if you are eligible for the offer you are trying to enter.
If you are properly logged in to your customer account and your code does not work, please ensure there is no extra space at the end or beginning of the promo code (sometimes when copying and pasting, a space is added at the end of the promo code).
Only one promotional code can be used per order. Please ensure that the code you are trying to enter is still valid (the expiry date and conditions of the code are indicated at the bottom of their Newsletters page).
