What are the delivery times?{/b]

UK deliveries will arrive the next working day after dispatch. Other countries may take up to 10 days for delivery. They ship their bags worldwide, however, due to shipping restrictions, they can only ship care products to mainland UK addresses. For international deliveries please provide your full shipping details in English. Unfortunately, they cannot deliver to PO boxes. Their courier will attempt a delivery to your address a maximum of 2 times. If you are unavailable, they will leave a card with information regarding your delivery.

If for some reason your bag is damaged or faulty please contact them at hello@zatchels.uk within 28 days of receiving your order and let them know that you are returning your bag. Bags must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Include the Returns Form with your bag when you return it and they will send you out a replacement as soon as it arrives back with them.
