Refunds for the cancellation of a booking, regardless of the initiator of the cancellation, can be made in the form of a travel expert certificate for the amount paid.
This certificate is a confirmation of the travel expert to pay the amount specified in it against the payment of another author's tour, chosen by you, posted on YouTravel travel expert. The certificate is valid for 2 years unless a longer period is specified in the certificate itself.
Refunds for cancelled bookings that have passed within 24 hours after making the prepayment are made within 3 banking days, usually on the same day (depending on the issuing bank of the card from which the payment was made). The amount of the previously made prepayment will be returned in full, without withholding fines.
If you decide to cancel a booking for a trip that was prepaid more than 24 hours ago, then the terms of cancellation and receipt of a refund (if the cancellation terms so require) must be discussed with the travel expert of this trip.
Yes, a traveler who wants to book a tour can send a request to a Travel Expert by writing to him in the chat on the site, to provide a temporary reserve for a place in a group without prepayment. The Travel Expert, at their discretion, may either reject the request or confirm the temporary reserve and determine the payment deadline.
