Wigs exchanged within the time frames outlined above will be shipped back to you free of charge, excluding rush service charges. All exchanges must be accompanied by an Exchange Authorization Number. Failure to supply the Exchange Authorization Number will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Wigs may be exchanged or returned within 21 days*, except for wigs from Paula Young, Couture Collection, Heart of Gold, Jaclyn Smith, WIG SHOP Especially Yours, Donna Vinci, and Diahann Carroll, which may be exchanged or returned within 45 days. Wig.com styles may be returned for an exchange ONLY. If you choose to use the convenient SmartPost return label included with your package, a fee of $8.95 will be deducted (U.S. customers only). All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
