WallPops delivers to the USA and Canada only.

WallPops will replace damaged or defective merchandise due to manufacturing defects, shipping damage or shipping error within 45 days of the date of purchase, as long as stock exists to fulfil the order. There is no return fee for defective, damaged or shipping error merchandise.

Most products purchased through WallPops may receive free returns within 45 days from your original purchase from their website. Partial Quantity (Extra rolls/Overage) or FloorPops returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. WallPops will process a credit to your credit card.

You must follow the return process below to request replacement merchandise. To request a return, please call them at 800-366-1700 or e-mail them at wallpops@brewp.com to request a return authorization number. Please be sure to have the order number available for the customer service representative or state the order number in your e-mail. Once they accept your return request, you will be issued a return authorization number and a prepaid return label will be mailed to you. Please include in your return package, a copy of your original receipt with the return authorization number noted.
