No, they currently do not ship internationally but ship only to Canada and the US.

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you have 48 hours from your initial order to notify them of your cancellation. Their products are made to order and transferred to production shortly after the order has been placed. After 48 hours have passed from your order, each cancellation is subject to a fee:

• A standard order is subject to a $10 cancellation fee (after 48 hours).

• A custom order is subject to a $50 cancellation fee (after 48 hours).

• Samples and clearance items orders may not be canceled at any time.

If you wish to change an existing order after 48 hours, please contact them as soon as possible, and depending on its status, they'll do their best to accommodate the change without applying the cancellation fee.

You have 30 days from the date you receive the product to ship it back to them. Once they’ve received the returned product in perfect condition, you’ll get the calculated refund to the original method of payment. Shipping costs and duties are not refundable.

They have high standards of quality control, but in the unlikely case of receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, they’ll exchange it free of charge. Minor colour variations do not make a product defective or incorrect. To facilitate this process, please send photos that clearly indicate the flaw or the defective area to the website. If the item or items in your order are damaged in transit or do not match the items you ordered, you may return the item(s) to them within 30 days after delivery and they will either issue a refund or replace the item(s).
