They offer worldwide express and standard tracked delivery options. Shipping costs are determined by zone, with a full breakdown found in the tables below.
The following shipping guidelines apply to all orders placed before 4 pm, Monday to Friday. Please be aware delivery times act as a guide and on occasion may take slightly longer.
At checkout, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred delivery method and will be able to check the total order value (including postage and packaging costs) before you complete your order.
On completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from VIEVE along with a separate email containing your tracking link. This link will enable you to track your order status from dispatch through to delivery.
At VIEVE they want all of their orders to reach you in perfect condition. If for any reason you have an issue with your order, whether it be lost, damaged or incorrect please reach out to their Customer Care team who will be happy to help.
For damaged or incorrect orders, please ensure you take photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging it arrived in, retaining the items until the issue has been resolved. You can reach their Customer Care team at support@vieve.co.uk.
They are unable to accept returns on products not purchased online from www.vieve.co.uk however if you have purchased a product at one of their authorised retailers/counters, please do contact them directly.
For all bundles/kits, please note that individual components may not be returned separately, they will need to be returned as an entirety.
They will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind then your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which they receive the product back from you.
