Your booking confirmation will be emailed to you immediately after you have made your booking.

They have set the dispatch date of electronic tickets to seven days before the start of your journey. Tickets that have been created for events in paper form, however, can be obtained directly at the reception of the hotel you have booked. You can cancel any booking with them free of charge within 24 hours of successful booking. To do this, please contact their Service Team at +49 30 5444 55 800 or send them an email to storno@travelcircus.de with the details of your trip.

In the case of later cancellation requests that are closer to the arrival date, a cancellation fee must be paid. The cancellation fee can be found in their terms and conditions under Section 5.3.

According to § 312 g II No. 9 GB, the general 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to travel contracts, accommodation contracts, train journeys or other travel services. However, Travelcircus always tries to meet your change requests.
