They want you to enjoy your product as much as they enjoy upcycling ocean-bound plastic. If you decide that you don’t love your Solgaard product, you may return your purchase within the first 30 days of receiving your product. They do not offer free return shipping.
They accept returns and exchanges through the month of February on all gift orders placed during November and December.
Please be sure to return only unused items. The quality of all returns is evaluated before the issuing of refunds.
