No, Soko Glam ships to limited countries which are enabled during the checkout process.
Soko Glam's policy is that they are happy to accept returns on both new and gently used products within 60 days of receipt.
Soko Glam work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where they can “catch” your order before it is physically picked, packed and set aside for shipping.
This, unfortunately, means no changes can be made to your order once it is placed. There may however be time to cancel your order all together so you can start fresh. Please email them at hello@sokoglam.com as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation" and your full name and order number. They'll let you know what they can do.
Soko Glam do not offer direct exchanges on any of their products.
Earn points each time you spend on Soko Glam. Points will be earned on each dollar you spend, excluding all shipping fees and taxes (rounded down to the nearest dollar). Please allow 48 hours for your points to appear on your Account page. You can earn points even when purchasing E-Gift Cards, however, you will not earn points when redeeming an E-Gift Card. Points can only be earned on products purchased on their website (http://www.sokoglam.com). Purchases made at pop-up and/or brick-and-mortar locations will not accrue points.
