If you were not happy with the goods purchased and you wish to return them, please inform them about it via their customer service email info@sokisahtel.net. All goods can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. The product must be unused and in the original package with tags. You can return it either by post or bring it to Sokisahtel stores. Original delivery cost is compensated but return postage cost is not subject to compensation. All their goods are carefully inspected before shipping.
