Orders are normally shipped within 8-10 business days. If any of your items were on pre-order you will need to wait until that item is in stock before they are able to fulfill and ship your order. This ensures fair and safe working environments for their talented sewing professionals. Unfortunately, that sometimes means things take a little longer to sew, but they believe it's worth it. The pandemic has exacerbated the time frame and they apologize for the additional delay in delivery. Any extended delays will be communicated on the product page for that item but don't worry, they are talking weeks, not months.

You have 30 days after your item is shipped to have it back in Smash + Tess’ hands. Please note, that Smash + Tess is not responsible for the shipping charges, either on the initial delivery or return.

Their returns are delivered to a sorting facility in Blaine, Washington, and then delivered to them at their Canadian HQ once a week. Once they receive it at their facility, this will be processed within 1-2 days. The entire process can take up to 10 business days.
