Standard international shipping is $10 and takes an estimated 5-14 days from the shipment date. Other VAT/Customs charges may apply, and your order may take longer than 14 days if it gets stuck in Customs.

At this time they do not offer expedited international shipping.

Once an order has been submitted, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and handling before it is shipped. All custom orders ship from our office in Austin, TX. We offer free domestic USPS First Class shipping for standard orders totalling at least $25, which takes about 3-5 business days from the shipment date. If you need your case sooner and your order totals at least $25, you can upgrade to USPS Priority shipping for $5 and receive your case in 1-3 business days from the shipment date. Please note that they do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

Smartish try to get your case out the door and in your hands as quickly as possible. Typically your order will be ready to ship in one business day. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If you made a mistake with your order, they'll gladly refund or swap it out for the correct stuff within 30 days of purchase. Please, no used stuff. That's just gross.
