The returned jewelry must be in its original condition, including gift boxes, and pouches, and must not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration. Unfortunately, they are unable to accept returns any other way.

Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact them at help@sallyrose.com.

Free US Ground Shipping on orders over $75. Free 2-Day Shipping on orders over $100 with code "2DAY" $26.95 for next day delivery. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. All personalized jewelry usually ships within 8-12 days.

OUTSIDE USA: They ship internationally using USPS First Class International. Shipping rates are calculated based on shipping location. Please allow for 7-10 business days for shipping anywhere else in the world! Shipping can take 10-15 business days on extremely rare occasions, but they will notify you if there are any issues. All Personalized Jewelry requires 3-4 weeks for production and delivery internationally.
