RivalWorld accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal. Note, cards issued by local banks that do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted by their global processing service, in which case they recommend PayPal as an alternative.

Once an order is confirmed, they regret that you cannot change the delivery address. Please contact Customer Service at hello@rivalworld.com, if the order hasn’t shipped yet, they will be able to amend it for you.

You will be able to track your orders when you sign in to your account or by using the tracking number on your confirmation email and entering it on the USPS tracking website.

If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may exchange or return items, excluding cosmetics, within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt, original packaging, and unused in the same condition that was received. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All sales are final on cosmetics unless damaged during transit. Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. Once they have received your item, you will be refunded to your original payment method. If this is to a debit/credit card it will appear in your account within 5 days, depending on your card issuer. For PayPal, the refund will take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your Account.
