It depends on your shipping method. Ranger Up offer FedEx Ground (location-based), FedEx 2nd Day (2 business days), FedEx Next-Day (1 business day), and US Postal Service (7-14 days). APO orders must ship USPS and arrival times vary greatly by location and the whims of the government. Please also note that shirts, hoodies, and tank tops all take 3-5 business days to fulfil prior to shipment which then adds additional time for transit. Bottom line, if you have questions or concerns, let them know and they will work with you.

During the order process, at the time the payment has been completed, you will receive an email with the order number letting you know they've received your order and it’s on its way through the fulfilment journey. At the time of shipment when their team prints the shipping label you will receive an email with the tracking information. This email will confirm your order is on its way out their doors to arrive at yours.

Ranger Up understand you might change your mind. As such, you can return any unworn, unwashed clothing for a full refund, not including shipping within 45 days of delivery. The 45-day window starts on the day you effectively receive the item at your delivery location. Custom orders may not be returned. Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for Clearance items. Once they are notified of your intent to return an item, they will issue a return authorization and you will have 14 days to complete the return to them.

If you return your order within the 45-day window, they will refund your purchase total (less shipping) to your original payment method or by store credit at rangerup.com. You will have the option to choose which refund method you prefer in the returns portal.
