Can I also track my order?

Yes, all orders in the webshop are sent with tracking. As soon as the package has been scanned by the provider, you will receive a tracking e-mail from their sending tool Soundcloud. If you have not received an e-mail, please check the spam folder and contact them otherwise.

What is Pullup & Dip duties and taxes policy?

All orders are shipped directly from Germany. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional duties and taxes may apply. They have no influence on these additional costs and can not provide more detailed information about this.

How high are the return costs?

The return costs from within the EU correspond to the delivery costs shipping the product to your country. For countries outside the EU, unfortunately, they can not offer a return label.

What is Pullup & Dip return policy?

Returns within Germany are completely free. You have 30 days to send something back. This is valid from the time your order was delivered. If you are not from Germany, then the return costs are similar to the sending costs. Unfortunately for orders from outside the EU, they can't accept returns.
