All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. In general, orders are not shipped on weekends or US official holidays. If they are experiencing a high volume of orders, order processing time and shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, they will contact you via email.

In order to return your product, please contact support@picassotiles.com and request a prepaid shipping label. Packages and products sent back to picassotiles.com without contacting them and using their specific prepaid shipping label will not be accepted.
International orders are returnable but unfortunately, they do not provide return labels and return fees. Customers have to cover return fees at their expense. They apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact support@picassotiles.com for further assistance.
Unfortunately, PicassoTiles does not offer exchanges. However, you may request replacement parts separately. Replacements are covered under the warranty. Purchases made by an unauthorized reseller do not qualify for a warranty replacement.

They learned that they could indeed have a lasting effect on children with some research and dedication. Everywhere kids can now engage in open-play thanks to a single product they started with that needed no instructions. For the past ten years, PicassoTiles has been giving kids the tools they need to produce their own works of art. As it enables kids to learn skills that aren't typically taught in the classroom, they think open play is crucial for kids' development. They are a STEM-backed company with an emphasis on the arts that places a high value on creativity while also allowing children to learn independently.
Their main goal is to inspire children's free play and creativity. Because they think education should be enjoyable, they don't include manuals with their toys. Children should instead be encouraged to explore their surroundings and use their imaginations to play and create. Through the use of art, PicassoTiles hopes to assist kids in advancing their knowledge of science, technology, engineering, and maths. They see the world as a blank canvas that kids can draw on and explore. Their focus is the integration of art education into STEM education, as reflected in their use of STEAM labelling and the name, which pays homage to the famous artist Pablo Picasso.
