Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at Partmaster:
They and their carriers take the greatest possible care to see that your order is delivered in pristine condition. However, if you take delivery of a parcel which shows signs of damage then please notify them online or by contacting Customer Services, within 3 working days. If a signature is required, please sign that the parcel is 'Damaged' Return a damaged item here (you will need your order details to hand).
If you do not receive your order within the time specified, it will probably have experienced a delay between leaving their warehouse and arriving with you. They would appreciate it if you allow 3 weeks before it can officially be declared "lost in transit" in which case they will then initiate a claims process. To notify them of a failed delivery please contact Customer Services.
They accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards along with, Visa debit, Visa Electron, and Maestro debit cards. They also accept payment through PayPal.

If you decide you want to cancel your order and it has not been sent from their warehouse please Complete the online inquiry form. Their team will review your order and determine its status and confirm whether your order can be canceled.
Please Note: If your order has already been sent you have the option to refuse receipt of the order or take advantage of their simple returns process. Any uncollected orders will be returned to them after 10 days and a refund will be issued by their returns team.
There may be occasions when you need to return an item to them. Whatever the reason for your return they try to keep the process as simple as possible. If you have ordered an item in error you need to notify them within 14 days of receipt and return the items. Due to system maintenance, they are unable to process your returns over the phone or via Chat, please log your returns online. In the case of faulty goods, items damaged in transit or errors during dispatch please refer to the relevant section of their Returns Policy.
Whilst the majority of their refunds are being processed on time (3-5 working days), they are currently experiencing a delay. This is as a result of system maintenance. As a result of these delays, their commitment is to process refunds within 10-14 working days.
