Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at Lush Decor:
Lush Decor accepts all major Debit & Credit Card.
All orders are processed within 2 business days from the time an order is placed (Monday through Friday), and then shipped via the method of shipment you selected. If your order is placed after 12 p.m. then your order will be processed the next day. All national holidays are observed, and orders are not processed and shipped on these days. Orders which have been placed on a holiday will be processed the next non-holiday business day.
Lush Decor does not ship to APO/FPO at this time.
Until the item is shipped you can cancel or change your order yourself. Click ‘Account’ on the top of the page, click ‘Cancel Items or Orders’ on the left, sign in to your account, select your order and make the required changes or cancel the order. You may also contact us to cancel your order for you.
Please email customersupport@lushdecor.com with your order number to request a refund. State the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund, replacement or merchandise credit.
Lush Decor will verify your order return qualifies (30-day policy, not a clearance item) and send you a printable pre-paid FedEx shipping label to bring to a FedEx drop-off location or to call for a FedEx Pickup.
Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for return shipping (a good estimate is around $9 for small packages like shower curtains, $11 for pillows, $13-15 for medium packages like sherpa throws or quilts, and $19-21 for comforters and larger, multiple-item packages). The cost goes up as the size of the package, the value of the contents, and the distance it must travel increase. Additional return shipping charges will apply to customers in Alaska and Hawaii.
Once they receive your shipment, allow them 1-3 business days to refund you the difference. NOTE: Returns will be refunded minus the shipping fee to the original method of payment.
*If you would prefer to use your own shipping account, they will refund you the full amount. Please contact them first for return authorization.
