They offer hassle-free returns. Arrange your return for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If you have any questions regarding their return policy, or whether your purchase may be returned, please call them at 888-544-7568 during their regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST. You may also contact them through email at customerservice@littlegiraffe.com. Please allow 48 hours for a response.
All orders placed after 8:30 am PST, Monday through Thursday will leave their warehouse the following afternoon. All orders placed after 8:30 am PST on Friday through 8:30 am PST on Monday will ship out of their warehouse on Monday. Please be sure to calculate expedited shipping accordingly.
