All orders will ship within 1 business day of an order being placed. In most cases, an order received before 2:00 pm CST will ship the same day, but in some cases, it may not make it on the truck until the next business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US Holidays.

To avoid delaying your order the billing address must match the billing address for the selected credit card.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email on the day that your order leaves their warehouse. Depending on your email provider/program sometimes these wind up in your Junk Mail folder.

In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact their customer service department at 1-866-955-3362.

If for some reason you change your mind after receiving your order you can return it if falls into each of these categories:

• Purchase was made on their website.

• Sale was within the last 30 days of product receipt.

• Product is UNUSED, still shrink-wrapped and in original packaging. Hurricane Golf will not accept any returns of used items.

• Items discounted at $0.86 are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact a Hurricane Golf sales representative by phone (866-955-3362) to receive your RMA number. Please print that RMA number on the outside of the box containing your return and ship back to them. Once a return has been inspected, the item will either be replaced or repaired if it falls under warranty. Please allow 4-7 business days for processing.
