If you are shipping to your residence, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have an account with House of Knives, you can sign in to View Your Order Status. If you did not receive an email and do not have an account, contact customer service at service@houseofknives.ca.
Pickup orders do not receive tracking numbers, as they are shipped internally. The store will call you in 2-8 business days, when your order arrives, for you to come to pick it up. If you do not receive a call within that time, please contact service@houseofknives.ca with your order number.
The item(s) are returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, or 60 days with a gift receipt for a refund onto a House of Knives gift card.
You will be charged the provincial and federal sales taxes of the province to the order is being shipped. If you choose to return any of your items, you will be refunded all taxes paid.

All House of Knives locations east of British Columbia were closed by 2010. André Eng obtained complete rights to the House of Knives brand across Canada in 2011, realizing his aim of spreading the brand across the country. Andre's ambition is well on its way to becoming a reality in 2015, with the inauguration of the third House of Knives store in Alberta in less than three years.
