If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, there might still be time for them to cancel your order. Send an email to support@hickies.com with the subject line “Cancel My Order” and include the order confirmation number if you have it.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days of the purchase date.
It may take 5-10 business days for them to get your package at the fulfilment centre, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
