To start the return process, you need to create a request from your personal account page. You will receive an email in which you will be provided with the necessary instructions for the procedure. The transport costs for returning the product will be at their expense.

Upon the arrival of the goods at their warehouse, the items will be subjected to quality control to verify that the return complies with the TERMS AND CONDITIONS. There is no reimbursement for products received in conditions that do not comply with these terms. If the return is accepted, you will be notified by e-mail and will receive a refund on the credit card used for the purchase within approximately 30 days from the date on which the items were returned to their warehouse.
