You may track your order on their website under Your Orders or Manage Order, in addition, they will email you the tracking number information.
Please note that financial institutions take up to 1 business day to process your transaction. It will take 1-2 business days to confirm your payment and shipping information. Once confirmed, your order will be shipped within 2 business days if all items are in stock.
Their customers must inspect the package for signs of tampering or physical damage before accepting delivery. Damaged in transit and shipping discrepancies must be reported to Groovy Computers within 24 hours. They ask their customers to take photos of the shipping box and contents and to retain the shipping box or packaging for review.
If the shipping discrepancy is reported after 24 hours, they reserve the right to not be held responsible as ownership and liability ends when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered. They will however do their best to assist you and may investigate your shipment with the carriers.
All Sales Are Final, with No Returns, However, You Do Get A 1-Year Warranty (Please Read their Terms of Service).
As for PayPal, PayPlan By RBC, Humm, Affirm, AfterPay, Klarna, Shop Pay, E-Transfer, and Credit / Debit Card, Cash, once an order is placed, they aren't offering a Cancellation, sorry for the inconvenience.
