Once your order is placed, they are unable to make any changes, including address changes, item changes, or cancellation requests.

If you need an address change on your package, they recommend reaching out to the carrier to update your shipping information.

Orders ship within 1-4 business days of the order date. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. If you're in the US, your order will arrive within 7-10 business days after it ships depending on customs. If you’re in AK, HI, PR, or a US military base, your order may take an additional 2-4 weeks. If you are in Canada, the UK, or Australia, your package will arrive 8-12 days after it ships.

Your exchange order will be placed once your return is scanned in by the carrier or dropped off at a Happy Returns bar. From there, your exchange will take its usual 7-14 business days to arrive depending on where you’re located.

They cannot offer exchanges for their international customers at this time. (Sorry!) However, you may return the items, postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt, for your refund to be considered. Please note that any duties/taxes you pay are non-refundable.

Once they have received your items, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return and 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. They will send you an email when their team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
