You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order is packaged at their warehouse. Tracking links generally need 48–72 business hours to be updated with tracking information.

They're happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached, and shoes must be in shoe boxes) within 30 days of the ship date. They accept returns at all of their IRL retail locations, through your local Happy Returns Bar, or by mail.
