Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at Easyship:
Goods & Services Tax. This tax is charged in stages, then reimbursed to everyone except the end buyer. It differs from VAT in that itβs a flat-rate percentage of the total transaction, instead of a percentage of value-added.
Import Duties and Taxes differ for every country. To help simplify this, they have built duties and tax calculators to help you get a rough idea of what you could expect to be charged before your shipment is created.
Once a shipment is created, Easyship will automatically calculate import Duties and Taxes for your shipment, so you will always know all costs upfront. You can choose who will be responsible to pay these fees using shipping rules or when you create the shipment and you can display the duties and taxes to your customers at checkout.
There are times when you may need to change the delivery address for a shipment while it's already in transit. Please reach out to support@easyship.com and one of their dedicated agents can assist with the request.
The cost of address changes will vary depending on the courier and you will see these surcharges appear as debits on your Easyship account. Note that not all shipping services allow for address changes.
Shipping Insurance is an optional service that you can add to all the shipments you create with Easyship.
This service will cover up to USD $5,000 per parcel. Insurance costs will vary depending on a number of factors including the chosen courier, the destination address, the item category, and the declared value. However, the price will always be between 1 and 3 percent of the total shipping cost.

Before trying to cancel an order on your Easyship dashboard, you should know that you can only cancel shipments that are not yet in transit i.e. orders that haven't been picked up or dropped off. Also, if you are using an Easyship integrated warehouse:
*You will need to contact support to cancel a rejected or pending label *If a label was generated, you will need to: Contact the warehouse, to ensure that the order in question is not being processed for pick & pack Request that the warehouse cancels the order in their system. If it does not show as canceled 24 hours after it has been requested, contact support. If you are not using an Easyship integrated warehouse, you will be able to cancel the shipment even when a label was generated as long as it has not been shipped.
When you need to cancel a shipment, go to 'Manage Shipments'>'All' and select 'Details' for the shipment you wish to cancel. *Select 'Cancel Shipment' and confirm the cancellation.
