In the instance that USPS tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s) After that time period, if you still have not received your package, contact D’IYANU at info@diyanu.com. Your order will either be reshipped or you will be provided with Store Credit. A refund will not be issued.
D’IYANU apologize in the case that you may receive an item with a sticker patch. Their fabrics come with seals on them from the manufacturer, which show their authenticity, and they work their hardest to remove them before shipping out their items. However, occasionally they cannot be completely removed without washing, so you may see the mark from the sticker on your item. They are not permanent and will come out.
D’IYANU accept exchanges within 45 days after your order was delivered to you. If you wish to return an item that was already exchanged, you can only be provided with store credit. No refunds, no exceptions only 1 exchange will be allowed per order.
For credit card payments, please allow 5-10 business days for the payment to reflect in your account. For PayPal payments, please allow 1-2 business days for the payment to reflect back into your account.
