If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or their support team directly to file a claim. Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to their support team immediately so that they can re-ship the merchandise and/or file a damage claim with the appropriate carrier. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods exactly as they were delivered before filing a claim.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, Cuisipro is happy to accept your returns within 30 days of the date you received the item and will provide you with a full refund of the item purchase price less applicable return shipping charges. Please note that their return policy only applies to products purchased at www.cuisipro.com and that they do not refund the original shipping costs. In order to process your return, the item(s) must be in the same condition and packaging in which they were shipped to you and within 30 days of receipt.

Cuisipro will process your refund after receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item. Refunds or credits will only be given for the amount paid on the original order, in the case of returning a purchase with free gift please include a free gift item with the product. Certain charges are non-refundable, including, but not limited to gift wrap charges, customs & duties and shipping costs.
