Couture Candy ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.

They charge sales tax for all orders shipped to California. They do not add sales tax for items shipped outside of California.

A confirmation email is sent once your order has been accepted. When your items ship, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will provide you with a UPS/FedEx/USPS tracking number.

You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account at CoutureCandy. Simply click the My Account link at the top of your page. Sign in and click View Order History then your Order Number to view the details of your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may send your item(s) for return within 5 days of receipt. Couture Candy provides full store credit as long as the product is received in new condition. Any original freight/handling cost is deducted from your store credit if shipping was complimentary at checkout. All products on sale are final sales and not returnable.

If you want to exchange your item for another size just email cs@couturecandy.com. One of their staff will be happy to place a new order for you and provide an RMA for your previous purchase following their standard return policy.
