Once your returned item is received, it takes approximately 3 weeks to quality check and restock the items. Once a return is restocked, they will send you an email notification that the refund has been issued. Original Shipping is non-refundable. In case a complete order is returned comprising of 3 pcs or more, a restocking fee of 50% per item will be charged and if less than 3 items, a flat fee of $15 per item will be charged for restocking.
