Centre of Excellence accepts all major debit and credit cards.

Although Centre of Excellence is a UK-based company, their courses can be studied anywhere. They have students all over the world.

Students must be 16 years of age to register themselves. This is due to issues such as GDPR, storing information on, and marketing to minors (which Centre of Excellence don't want to do). However, you can register them under your email address and allow them to do the course through your account, under your parental guidance.

Standard 7-day cancellation policy after making the payment for the course only for any course materials that are posted out to the customer. Cancellations must be made in writing. The customer must also return the materials as soon as possible, at the customer’s own cost and risk. When doing so, the customer should state his or her name, address, student registration number, and the reason for cancellation.

If you purchased the course directly through the Centre of Excellence website, the course should be in the account registered under the email address associated with that particular order. An order confirmation will have been sent to that email address. (If you used PayPal as the payment option, you may have a different email address registered with Paypal and you may, therefore, have two Centre of Excellence accounts registered under different email addresses.)
