All orders are processed within 48 hours. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 48 hours. If your tracking information has not been updated within 10 business days, please contact service@casiristech.com.
If you received your order damaged, please contact their Support within 7 business days at service@casiristech.com. They are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, they will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.
Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on store.casiristech.com. Please note that they will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund 24 hours after the order is placed and before delivery has been made (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, and 3.5% for Affirm users). Orders cannot be cancelled more than 30 days after they are shipped.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items complete, unused, and in their original packing within 30 days of receiving them for an exchange or refund.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, they cannot offer a refund or exchange.
