That's why, unless you want to personalise it, most AWAY items come with a 100-day trial (more on that below). Here's how it works: After purchasing any AWAY product, you have 100 days to live with it, vibe with it, fly with it, photograph it, slap a sticker on it, or do whatever it takes to ensure you enjoy it. You can return it for a full refund or swap it for your ideal travel partner if it isn't the best match for you.
As long as the tamper obvious seal is intact, the Compression Socks, Travel Neck Pillow, Travel Blanket, and Sleep Mask are completely returnable within 100 days. Otherwise, they would be unable to issue a refund to the initial payment method. The Face Mask and Replacement Filters are final sales to ensure the health and safety of their team members. Since all personalisation products are made to order, there is no 100-day trial period and these orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
What is the order number for my order?
