They want their customers to shop with confidence, every board and Atoll product is backed by their 60-day return policy, as well as a 30 Day return policy on all 3rd party non-Atoll products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return it no questions asked and return your board or other items for an exchange or full refund (minus return-shipping fees). The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (if applicable). Although rarely assessed all items are subject to a 15% restocking fee within the 60 days of the purchasing date depending on their condition when returned.
Refunds will only be made in the same form as the original payment within 15 days of their receipt of a return.
