ArtPix 3D accepts all major Credit/Debit Card.

ArtPix 3D ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.

They only accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Before returning your item, you’ll need to email them at info@artpix3d.com stating the reason for your return. They'll also need to see photos of the items in question. They only accept returns that are in the same condition they were received.

Your crystal should be personalized, shipped, and delivered within 3-7 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location. You’ll be able to see the estimated delivery times for your order when you choose your shipping method during checkout. If you want your crystal to arrive in time for an important occasion, they always recommend ordering a few extra days in advance, just in case.
